Founder/Director, FACES Conferences, Inc.

Because we are downtown, parking is a bit costly. I’m including information about a parking alternative that is very close to the hotel!

PARKING OPTIONS:
There is valet parking available at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel.
The rates are $38.00/day plus tax, or hourly rates are $14.00 for the first hour + $6/hr for each additional hour, to a maximum of $38.00/day plus tax.

The closest alternative is THE BELL STREET PIER GARAGE.
We have negotiated a special conference rate for this parking area.
It is located 1 block from the hotel, with 1500 spaces and a height limit of 6’6” for vehicles. Listed below is the address and information from their website. Even for overnight guests of the hotel, this is a more economical alternative. Guests of FACES conferences will receive the Early Bird rate of $11.00/day.  When leaving, you must present your NAME BADGE to the parking attendant to get this discounted rate!  There are other parking alternatives in the area, some with special rates for parking Mon-Fri at a discount.
